Founder and Litigation Specialist
Jan is the founder of Luitingh & Associates and brings over 40 years of legal expertise to the firm. He has earned a reputation for excellence, integrity, and results-driven advocacy, while always placing care and compassion at the forefront of his practice. With a deep knowledge across many areas of law, Jan has a particular focus on litigation, family and child law, and mediation. He continues to lead the firm with insight, precision, and an unwavering commitment to client care.
Anyuschka Nett
Senior Litigation Attorney and Conveyancer
With more than 15 years of experience as an admitted attorney of the High Court, Anyuschka Nett brings depth and versatility to the Luitingh & Associates team. As a Senior Associate and Conveyancer, she leads matters in High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation, conveyancing, deceased estates, property disputes, and commercial law. Known for her well-rounded legal knowledge and excellent problem-solving, Anyuschka has successfully handled a wide range of complex legal issues.
